Delivery 

We offer delivery service to Klang, Jenjarom, Banting, Shah Alam, and Subang Jaya which covering every day from 11 am - 6 pm. Upon placing order, you will have the option to select your preferred delivery date and time slot which most convenient for you / your recipient to receive the products. 

Same-day deliveries are available from Mon - Sun for orders made before 2 pm. Only Ready stock products are available for this service. You should place your order at least 4 hours before the delivery time. Order placed after 2 pm will not be able to choose today's date for the delivery or pick up.

To check the delivery fee, please find your area below and the minimum order amount to entitle for free delivery. Please contact us if your area is outside of our delivery zone. 

How do we charge the delivery fee?

We charged the fee based on the rate from our third-party delivery partner (Lalamove or Grab Express). 

Self-pick-up is free of charge, but if you wish to arrange your own delivery, you may choose pickup upon check out and notify us later.

Delivery Time

Our standard delivery service is completed between 11 am - 5 pm. You will be able to choose the delivery time when you place an order. We will always do our best to ensure the delivery is on time however we could not promise an exact estimated time of arrival as the delivery may be affected by any unexpected road conditions. 

Only 1 Delivery Address per order

If you wish to have deliveries to different addresses, please proceed with the order separately and do not combine them in one order. 

What if the recipient is not present

We recommend having the products delivered to an address where you or your recipient will be present on your delivery date and time to ensure the product's freshness and avoid any unforeseen circumstances. Should you or your recipient fail to receive the products, a re-delivery service is available with an additional fee charged. The fee will be based on the return trip from our location to the recipient's address.
